MAC cosmetics has just introduced Miley Cyrus as their new VIVA GLAM spokesperson.
MAC posted on their website about the campaign: “@mileycyrus is BACK with a BAM! Our iconic #VIVAGLAM spokesperson has two new surefire hits: a super-sexy bright orange Lipstick and coordinating Lipglass with sparkling pearl shimmer. Get the GLAM online and in stores starting in September 2015.”
Miley posted on her INSTAGRAM account about the campaign by saying “Help to end AIDS with my new @MACcosmetics #VIVAGLAM lipstick ? available online in North America on 9/8 ???.”
Next year MAC Cosmetics will also be releasing a collection inspired by the late singer Selena Quintanilla.
Selena’s family has been quoted as saying: “We are so excited that MAC Cosmetics will be releasing a collection in honor of Selena. Helping to create this collection brings back to all those late night conversations on the tour bus when she spoke of having her own makeup line one day. If Selena were here she would be beyond ecstatic to have this happening. History is being made.”
