The Star-Studded Tribute Will Take Place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena
 in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Nov. 16

Proceeds from the Gala Support the Educational Initiatives of the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation®

Performances by Gente de Zona, Sergio George, Jesse & Joy, Víctor Manuelle, Laura Pausini, Prince Royce, Gilberto Santa Rosa, and Carlos Vives.The Latin Recording Academy® President/CEO Gabriel Abaroa Jr. and industry VIPs will be in attendance. Additional artists will be announced shortly. José Tillán will serve as executive producer of the tribute dinner and concert. Greg Fera will be the producer, Dan Warner will serve as the musical director and Gustavo Borner will be the audio/mix supervisor.

The 2016 Latin Recording Academy® Person of the Year gala celebrates Marc Anthony‘s professional, cultural, and philanthropic contributions to music. The star-studded tribute dinner and concert is one of the most prestigious events during Latin GRAMMY® Week and is attended by Latin GRAMMY nominees, celebrities and music industry VIPs. Event sponsors include: Buchanan’s Scotch Whisky, Bulova, L’Oréal Paris, Las Vegas Convention and Visitor’s Authority, McDonald’s, Nissan, and Verizon.

Proceeds from the gala will support the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation®, which was established by The Latin Recording Academy to further international awareness and appreciation of the significant contributions of Latin music and its makers to the world’s culture through scholarships, fellowships, grants, and education programs.
